Millions of girls would be delighted to shower them with kisses.
And judging by One Direction's latest photo shoot, a few particularly amorous fans already have.
Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson showed off alternative new hairstyles in Ponystep magazine- and the pictures are all covered with 'lipstick stains' from their admirers.
Harry showed off a Flock Of Seagulls-eqsue mop, which perfectly suited his rather long locks.
Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson displayed a fifties-style curl and quiff, giving a retro feel to their pictures.
Niall Horan's shorter blonde hair didn't leave too much room for experimentation, but he looked every inch the heartthrob with artfully messed-up spikes.
Zayn Malik meanwhile swapped his usual vertical quiff for a slicked-down side fringe.
Red 'kisses' all over the photos were doubtless a nod to the astounding female following the band has gained since their rise to fame.
He tweeted: 'For every1 asking what the new tatt means it says be true to who you are'.
The boys were seen last night arriving in New York ahead of their performance on this weekend's Saturday Night Live.
Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson did their best to smile through the fatigue as they touched down at JFK airport, grinning for the cameras and greeting waiting fans.
But nothing could hide the tiredness on the five-piece's faces as the group made their way from the airport to their hotel.
While Louis appeared to be wearing an actual pair of pyjama trousers in his blue and white striped pants, the other boys also seemed to have adopted the comfort before style mantra.
The group were arriving in New York ahead of their appearance on Saturday Night Live, set to be hosted by Sofia Vergara.
Their performance on the show is the latest indication that the boys' fame Stateside is here to stay - a fact further confirmed by the fact that the group have landed one of the biggest venues in the world after announcing that they will be playing Madison Square Gardens in New York this December.
Posting a picture of the concert poster on his Twitter page, Harry wrote: 'Cant believe we will be performing at MSG later this year! Tickets on sale at 5pm EST on 6th April.'
Meanwhile, the latest person to back One Direction is teen singer Justin Bieber, who said the boys have star quality and a lot of appeal with the girls.
He said: 'The single guys from One Direction are going to have a lot of fun. They sound great and when you add their British accents into the mix, the American girls are going crazy for them. Sure, you need the talent, but you need to win over the American public - that is what is is all about.
'One Direction are genuine good guys. The industry needs a fresh boy band and by the end of this year, they will be the biggest boy band in the world.'
And Bieber added that 17-year-old Harry is already attracting attention from one of the world's most famous names.
He said: 'I already know one of the biggest artists in the world thinks Harry is so hot, but I have been sworn to secrecy.'
